Oh Miley!

Hey all! I don’t know about you, but make up gets me excited (I mean obviously, I am a beauty blogger after all). I don’t have many luxurious brands like Chanel, Dior, Givenchy or the like, but I have made one exception and that is Marc Jacobs. I have a very tiny collection of Marc Jacobs Beauty but I have not ever been disappointed with the brand. In fact, I have very much fallen in love with the sleek brand and for Christmas, my fiance gave me a brand new lipstick shade. I introduce to you Oh Miley!

The packaging screams luxury with its magnetic closure, it’s simple and clean design, the unique shaping of the lipstick itself and even how the lipstick glides out of the barrel is no short of magic. The shade Oh Miley! is a beautiful red that pulls a little bit of orange. The finish is your typical lipstick shine which I do love and a whole lot of pigment.

As it wears, the shade transforms from the vibrant, shining red into a softer, deeper red that is equally beautiful. That being said, it lasts very well. It will stay put with no bleeding but it also does transfer onto things (cups, forks, food, skin, etc). There is no scent or taste to this lipstick.

Overall, I love this luxurious lippie. It is beautiful but unfortunately, Marc Jacobs is not cruelty free so I won’t be picking up another. This lipstick is available at Sephora for $38.

Til next time, ttfn x

  1. Lovey photos. Marc Jacobs is so luxurious on their packaging and I love their mascara but their cruelty-free policy is a bit sketchy. It says they are cruelty free online except they can’t guarantee third party suppliers….too fishy. I try and buy cruelty free products too πŸ™‚ xo J
